Compact HPL, short for High-Pressure Laminate Compact Panel, is a type of high-density, high-strength composite board manufactured by pressing multiple layers of special kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin under high temperature (approximately 150°C) and high pressure (around 1430 psi). Its core structure consists of three layers: the surface layer is a wear-resistant and weather-resistant decorative paper layer (printable with various textures and colors), the middle layer is a multi-layer core material impregnated with resin (providing the board with strength and stability), and the bottom layer is a balancing layer (preventing the board from warping). Owing to its excellent physical properties and chemical stability, it is widely used in various indoor and outdoor scenarios.
