Its core structure features a hexagonal honeycomb pattern, which, when combined with inner and outer aluminum sheets, forms a stable sandwich structure. The panel thickness typically ranges from 0.6-1.5mm, while the core density is as low as 3-7kg/m², ensuring both lightweight and high strength. Surface treatments such as fluorocarbon coating or wood-grain printing enhance aesthetics and weather resistance.
